Allow me to explain...

This is usually where you'd see a carefully crafted statement about all the wonderful things I've accomplished and why you should listen to me. If that's what you want, you can check out my praise in the third person right here.

However, most people visit an "About" page to understand more about a person's work for ONE primary reason: to know if their work is the right fit for their needs.

If you've made it this far, you probably know that I teach people how to think about the future more powerfully and productively through the application of foresight to their lives and work.

While this sounds great, and I truly believe that EVERYONE can benefit from learning to think this way, NOT EVERYONE is up to the challenge this work requires.

That being said, you must know what you're getting into and whether you're up to the challenge before spending any more time with me.

So, I'll make this easy. I'll give you three reasons why you're NOT the right fit, and you can decide from there…

Sound good?

You're looking for shortcuts, hacks, or "tips and tricks" to give you the edge. In other words, you're not willing to do the work.

"Shortcuts" won't give you an edge. They'll run you off a cliff. If you really want the "edge," you have to do the work.

Our time together takes real work. And if you do the work…

I guarantee it will transform the way you see the future and how you make decisions for yourself, your organization, and those you serve.

You're NOT willing to put your beliefs and ideas to the test.

No, I'm not here to tell you what you believe is "wrong" or that your ideas are "outdated."

Maybe they are, and perhaps they aren't. I'm just asking you to put them to the test. It's something I have to do regularly because…

Things change. And change fast, especially in our day and age.

So, if you're looking for someone to make you feel good about your beliefs and ideas without testing them first, you won't get that here.

You're willing to sacrifice your next quarter century for your next quarter's profits.

In my field, there's an old saying, "futurists don't get out of bed for anything less than 10 years."

Why is that? Well, strategic foresight is not about quick fixes and short-term gains. Don't get me wrong. You will see massive upside in your life and business in the short-term, BUT…

The ultimate purpose is about making better decisions today that will have a lasting impact over the next 10, 15, and 25 years.

So, if you just want to know if now is the right time to invest in Bitcoin, then I'm not the guy for you.

But, if you're looking for a more powerful way to think about and ultimately create the future, then read on, my friend… :)

Still with me? Great!

So here's what you'll ACTUALLY get from me.

Ā

Practical tools, techniques, and ideas to help you LITERALLY create the best possible future for yourself and the people that you serve.
Ā
Why emphasize the word "literally?"
Ā
Let's be honest. We hear flowery statements like "create the future" all the time. Still, they're usually meant to inspire you to "dream big" (another lofty statement) and NOT to help you literally make it happen.
Ā
That's not a criticism either.
Ā
Sometimes, people need to be reminded that the kind of future they get is ultimately up to them. But, most people don't realize there areĀ tools, techniques, and strategiesĀ you can use to literally create the future.
Ā
Here's the cool part - You can get a lot of that stuff for freeĀ here on my site.

Ā

Here's the thing you have to understand about me:

I'm obsessed with making the learning and application of strategic foresight ridiculously accessible and practical. Notice I didn't say "simple."

Because it's not.

This takes real work, but it's the kind of work that can dramatically change the direction of your personal and professional life.
